Hey!

I'm Jake, and I'm a traveling American (Texan) checking off countries and amazing destinations off my bucket list. I currently live in Spain with my fiancée Eli and rabbit Ginger. 

I majored in communications with a focus in journalism back when print newspapers were going out of style, so I managed restaurants in Dallas, Los Angeles, and Cincinnati for over a decade. Fast forward to 2018, and I finally transitioned out of the service industry to content creation and built a solid career as a freelancer through the Upwork platform. 

Content creation is a passion, and I enjoy researching and informing others about topics that will benefit their business and even their lives.

Now that I'm with Adventrum, I enjoy the same workload as I had as a freelancer with a lot more perks!
